What do you accept when you use the service?

You are responsible for protecting your sign-in details, using shared-list links carefully, and monitoring actions taken through your account. List roles define access boundaries, and attempts to bypass those boundaries may be treated as a breach of these terms.
Allowed use
How may you use the platform?
Planify360 may be used for personal planning, team coordination, shared task management, and execution visibility. Content entered into the platform is expected to be lawful, accurate, and compatible with a collaborative workflow.
Prohibited behavior
What is not allowed?
Spam, unlawful content, impersonation, attempts to bypass security, unauthorized scraping or automation, and actions that disrupt platform availability are prohibited. Misuse that harms other users or the service may trigger restrictions.
Service scope
Ads, premium areas, and continuity
Planify360 may display Google AdSense ads in certain areas and may keep selected capabilities behind premium plan limits. Features, capacity rules, and service design may change over time. Reasonable effort is made to keep the service available, but uninterrupted access cannot be guaranteed.

Account restriction and term updates
Accounts that violate these terms may be temporarily limited, suspended, or permanently closed when necessary. When the terms are updated, the new version is published on this page. Continued use of the service after publication means acceptance of the updated terms.
