Planify360 may use cookies for experience settings such as theme preference. Browser storage can also be used for session continuity, client-side flows, and product consistency. These storage layers are used with limited scope to support a safer and more stable experience.

Data can be shared only as needed with infrastructure partners that support hosting, email delivery, and security functions. Unnecessary disclosure is avoided unless required by law or security review. Data may be retained while the account-service relationship continues or for the duration of applicable legal retention obligations.

You may request access to your data, correction of inaccurate records, deletion of your account and related data where applicable, and management of ad or cookie preferences. Privacy requests can be sent to us in writing.
